Elite Softball is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in northern New Jersey that has been in existence for 10 years.  Our mission is to prepare each level of players appropriately, developing them into great softball players and great leaders.  We prepare our players for the high school and collegiate level and help them to identify the appropriate college that will match their dedication and skill level.  We believe in consistent, effective communication with our players and families and have a dedicated college liason to assist players in their collegiate softball search.

Our showcase teams play on the East Coast in the best tournaments, such as Pennsbury, TNT Quakertown, Team NJ, Diamond 9 (Orlando) and New Englands Finest.  Our tournament teams play a competitive schedule in the tri-state area.

In addition to our training, practices, tournaments and/or showcases, Elite also invites our players and families to the Be the Best Coaches Convention, held annually in NJ by the founder.  At this convention, they may volunteer their time while gaining exposure to the sports world.
